Around 5 GB covers a group of about six players. The pack itself is light with only three mods, so memory goes mostly to combat: projectiles, explosions and vehicles all live as entities the server tracks. If your matches are larger or more chaotic than that, add a gigabyte or two and check spark during a heavy fight.

We size the recommendation for about six players, which fits a squad-versus-squad setup well. More players are possible, but every extra shooter adds bullets, grenades and vehicles to the same tick. Raise RAM as your lobby grows and profile a full match before you invite a larger group, since crowded firefights are the real limit.

Back up first, then install the newer build through the Modpacks tab. The important part is the client side: BlockFront refuses players whose version does not match the server, so tell your group the target build in advance and have everyone update at once. Rolling back is easy from the backup if a new build misbehaves.

You can, but with only three mods the pack is deliberately tight, and each one is there for BlockFront to work. Removing one will likely stop it from loading. Adding server-side utilities such as Chunky or spark is reasonable, while client-visible mods must be installed by every player as well, or they will be unable to join.

Most gun packs bolt firearms onto a survival progression with dozens of other mods. BlockFront goes the other way: it is built around WW2 combat itself, with weapons, explosives and vehicles at the centre and almost nothing else installed. That makes it lighter to host and better suited to groups who want to fight rather than build.

BlockFront releases builds frequently, and a client on an older or newer version than the server cannot connect. After you install a new build, anyone still on the previous one sees a version mismatch. The fix is simple: everyone switches to the same build named in the panel. Announcing updates before applying them avoids most of these kicks.
