How many player slots do I get?

All of them. Squad supports up to 100 players per server and we never charge per slot: you rent RAM, set your own player cap in the panel, and can fill the server without your bill changing. Most Squad hosts charge per slot, which makes a full 100 player server cost 40 dollars or more per month.

Can I use RCON and admin tools like BattleMetrics?

Yes. Every Squad server ships with its own dedicated RCON port. Set an RCON password in the panel's Startup tab and connect BattleMetrics, an RCON client, or your own admin scripts. Admins can also be managed directly in Admins.cfg via the file manager.

Does my server support Workshop mods?

Yes. Add Steam Workshop item IDs in the panel's Startup tab and they are downloaded during installation. Modded maps and factions work; keep in mind players must have the same mods to join.

Can I upgrade my server later?

Yes, you can add more RAM at any time from your control panel and only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. A Squad server with a full 100 player population runs best at 12 GB or more.
