Only give admin access to players you trust, as admins have full control over the server.

Adding an Admin Using the Server Console

The fastest way to add an admin is through your server console. This works even if no one on the server currently has admin permissions.

1. Access your Control Panel.
2. Open your server and navigate to the Console.
3. In the console input box, enter the following command and press Enter:

op add <player>

Replace <player> with the exact username of the player you want to make an admin. Example: op add PlayerName

Note: Commands entered in the server console do not require a slash (/) at the beginning.

Removing Admin Permissions

If you ever need to remove admin access from a player, you can use the following command:

op remove <player>

Once a player has admin permissions, they will be able to use administrative commands and tools to manage your Hytale server with ease.
