How do you breed Eikthyrdeer in Palworld?

Put any of the 98 listed parent pairs in a Breeding Farm with a Cake. Each of those pairs produces a Eikthyrdeer egg. Pairs marked Unique override the normal breeding formula, so they are the only route for some Pals.
