Can I move my singleplayer save to the server?

Yes, if it is a Steam save. Copy the world folder out of your local AbioticFactor save directory, upload it into the server's Worlds folder over FTP and point the server at it, and everything you have already built carries over. PlayStation, Xbox and Game Pass saves cannot be moved to a dedicated server: that is a limit of the game, not of the host.
